The contractor dashboard is your command center for every facility you service. Rather than switching between spreadsheets, group chats, and individual site visits, you get a single view across all your client relationships — who resolved what, which zones have open issues, and what proof your team has generated.

Dashboard sections

Overview

The Overview tab shows a cross-facility summary of everything happening across your client sites right now. At a glance you can see zone health across all facilities, the number of open issues by site, and a recent activity feed of resolutions your team has submitted. If any facility has a zone with elevated issue volume or an SLA warning, it surfaces here before a client calls you about it.

Facilities

The Facilities tab lists every client facility where you have an active service relationship. Each facility shows a status indicator — healthy, issues open, SLA at risk — so you can quickly spot which site needs attention. Click into any facility to see a scoped view showing:
  • Your assigned zones and their current health
  • Open issues within your contractor scope
  • Your team’s resolution history and proof photos for this site
  • Performance metrics for this specific relationship

Team

The Team tab is your roster management hub. Add workers by name and phone number, set their availability status, and see their recent activity. Workers belong to your contractor organization — when you have an active service relationship with a facility, your team automatically gains scoped access to that facility’s zones.

Issues

The Issues tab aggregates all open and recently resolved issues across every facility, filtered to your contractor scope. You can filter by facility, zone, category, priority, or status. Use this view to triage your team’s queue first thing in a shift or to review what was completed overnight. The Proof Gallery collects every resolution photo submitted by your team, browsable by facility and date. This is your audit trail — timestamped evidence of completed work organized by zone and shift. Facilities can see the same photos in their portal, which means fewer “was this actually done?” calls.

Performance

The Performance tab shows SLA compliance, average resolution times, and issue volume broken down by facility. Use it to identify which sites have the most friction, how your team tracks against response and resolution time targets, and whether any contractor relationships need a conversation about scope or capacity.

Settings

Settings covers your organization profile, billing, and notification preferences. Update your company name and contact details here. Notification preferences let you control when you receive alerts — immediately on new issues, on SLA warnings, on daily digest, or a combination.
Your dashboard only shows data from facilities where you have an active service relationship. If you have been invited to a new facility but the relationship is still pending, it will appear under Facilities with a pending status but without live data.
From the Overview or Facilities tab, click any facility name to open the facility detail view. This scoped view mirrors the layout of a full facility dashboard but shows only the zones, issues, and team activity within your contractor relationship. You can drill into individual zones, review issue timelines, and pull up proof photos — all without needing access to the facility’s broader configuration.
Bookmark the facility detail view for your largest clients. It loads directly into the zones view for that site, which is the fastest path to their current status during a check-in call.
